Spiritual Book Author Overcomes Depression, Anxiety & the Confines of Small Town to Help People All Over the World Begin 'Living Their Dreams

NEW HAMPSHIRE (PRWeb) February 22, 2007 -- Anne Deidre Smith, a contemporary artist and spiritual book author from New Hampshire, overcame many struggles to find her life's purpose, now she's using her vast talents to help others do the same thing.

"I would like each and every one of us to feel our own sense of worthiness, to really feel the God in us and be able to be forgiving, grateful, strong," said Smith, who besides painting and writing also does intuitive readings and coaching, conducts painting workshops and is an expert on meditation techniques.

Smith says all of her services are provided with one goal in mind -- to help others connect with the Higher Power and begin "living their dreams."

"I began to paint as a form of expression," Smith said. "Most of my images come from within. When I am able to translate feelings like despair or pain into an image of hope, faith or love, that is one of the many joys of painting."

"My writings are intuited messages for us each to hear and feel our own connection to the Higher Power, to know that we are not alone on our journey," Smith said. "When you connect to the Heaven, the Divine, inside of you, and you remember your Divinity as being one with God, your life will transform and experiencing everyday miracles can and will occur."

Smith speaks from experience -- she grew up in a small town in New Hampshire where she battled depression and anxiety until discovering her true life's purpose. Today, her paintings are on display at the Laguna Beach Gallery in California and her spiritual book, "Inner Visions, The Healing Path of Art" is for sale at BarnesandNoble.com.

"My experience is that we can create Heaven on Earth," Smith said. "This has been a personal reality for me as I have overcome depression and anxiety and have connected with my life purpose after many years of struggle."
