These costs are for the UK but are similar around the world.?That is all about to change with FTEx, what about having all that for just a small administration/membership fee of ?49.99 in the first year and ?24.99 thereafter. To mark the launch they are offering membership at just ?15 a saving of ?34.99 to anyone who joins in March ?Yes at last all timeshare owners can access the fantastic new website just launched by FTEx ?It quite simply works by allowing members to exchange direct with other members and unlike other exchange companies the members can view and have access to all available inventory. The member pays just ?24.99 per annum irrespective of how many weeks they own and all the exchanges are free just imagine how much money the Timeshare owner will save.?But there is more FTEx haven?t just stopped with free exchanges they have also included a rental section where members can have access to extra weeks or they can rent their week out to cover maintenance fees on the odd occasion they can?t use their week, to list their week in this section is again free. Members will also have access to extra weeks called bonus weeks which come direct from the Partner Resorts. These are resorts that have weeks unsold or being unused, they make them available to members for a nominal cost in some cases as little as ?100 for an extra weeks holiday?There is a resale section again a vast number of owners get coerced into giving resale companies vast sums of money to sell their timeshares in upfront fees not so with FTEx. Members can list their week for sale without paying any upfront registration fees or processing costs to sell they deal direct with another member. Now non owners or existing owners who wish to purchase can have access to some real bargains by buying direct from other owners, but more importantly the seller gets all of the money.
