Owners of rental properties in Florida can apply to the site for a free listing, which will stay active until July 4, 2007, with no additional charges and no requirement to extend the listing beyond the free period.
Free listings for vacation rentals contain the same information as paid listings, including a description of unlimited length, up to 12 images of the home, and a link to a website or a virtual tour. Site visitors fill out a simple form and are connected directly with the homeowners to complete the rental transaction.

Traveling2Florida.com screens all of its homeowners before the listings are activated, to ensure that renters can feel comfortable that they are being connected with legitimate vacation rentals. The site limits its listings to 100 per villa size per geographical location, so spaces for this free offer are limited. If all spaces are filled, interested owners of rental properties will be placed on a waiting list until an opening occurs.
On July 4, 2007, owners of rental properties taking advantage of this promotion will be provided an opportunity to extend their listing for just $189 per year, the standard price. This option is not mandatory, and without renewal, the listing will simply be removed from the site on expiration.
