Every day write down, yes WRITE DOWN, three things that will take you a step closer to your goals. They don't have to be earth-shattering, but make them some you can measure and accomplish.

Take the first item and do it early in the day. You must do at least your number one item. When you finish the day you will have the sense of satisifaction and achievement you haven't known in the past. No guilt, no discouragement, just the exhilaration of knowing you are FINALLY doing it!

Ninety-nine percent of people never have the life they dream of, and most whine about. Why? Because they never actually do anything to achieve it. They plan, they talk, they "educate", but it's all an excuse not to take action because taking action is risky and scary.

Make use of the daily Top Three and you'll see results that will motivate you to even greater action. I promise that you will be SHOCKED how quickly you can make substantial change and achieve your goals.
