The simplest - and most popular - sex position is the missionary position, where the woman lies on her back with legs apart. The man who is penetrating her with his penis lies on top of her, facing her, as he enters her. This position is easy and comfortable, and makes many women feel secure and men more powerful. But there are some great variations to try.....

For something different and exciting, try sex with the man standing in front of his partner, as she lies on her back on the bed with her legs over the edge of the bed. She then lifts her legs upwards and rests her feet on his chest near his shoulders. This is called the butterfly position. It's exciting, unusual and can give extra stimulation to the man's penis and the woman's vagina.

Here's another variation! She lies on her back with her bottom near the edge of the bed and her knees bent, with her legs folded up on her chest.
