(PRWEB) August 25, 2004 -- Felten & Associates an insurance and financial services firm headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida announces that they have sent two volunteers to help the people affected by Hurricane Charley. President Ken Felten mentioned that he understood how critically the victims of Hurricane Charley need their insurance claims processed in a timely manner. Our colleagues are tired and overwhelmed themselves. We want to help them help their clients as quickly as possible." Felten and Associates has sent two of their best employees to the Rupert Smith Agency located in Arcadia to work for Rupert Smith in processing Hurricane claims at no charge. Felten and Associates is covering their employee's time, housing, and food. Felten and Associates has even sent supplies with the volunteer employees to help the individuals in the area. Ken Felten stated, "Our employees, Michelle Sheehan and Jamie Price have committed to assisting the people of Arcadia through the Rupert Smith Agency for as long as they are needed. Michelle and Jaime reported 40 total loss claims in their first 1/2 day in Arcadia. Our clients and employees were fortunate here.
